Have a challenge you're facing? A program or product that needs tweaking? An audience that you want to get to know better? A team that could use an infusion of creative thinking?
Let's jump on the phone and talk about what the right strategy might be to tackle your challenge.
Get quick feedback on your product offering.
Our team will review your goals, executive summary, (no more than 2 pages), and your product (either a link to an online product offering, or images of a physical product).
We will then schedule a 1-hour phone or video call with your team to provide feedback. We will leave you with a set of questions you use to deepen your understanding of your audience or your products function.
We will talk through your goals, discuss perceived roadblocks, and discuss the best strategy for moving forward. We will help you develop a roadmap for action, and discuss what resources you need to achieve your goals.
This package include 1-hour of preparation, reviewing materials about your organization, and a 2-hour call with you and your team.
Are you considering launching a new social impact project or program? Are you passionate about a particular issue, but unsure about where to begin or where to focus your efforts to create momentum?
We will provide you with a framework to think about your goals and objectives, and advice you on next steps (partnerships, product development, market research, etc) to put your idea into action.
