1: Training and Project Backlog Construction

Timeframe: 4 consecutive days
Activities:

  • Meet with Company to thoroughly identify current projects and document proposed project backlog
  • Hold a day-long agile training session for Company.
  • Train additional users as needed in smaller groups.
  • Follow-up with individuals as needed

Outcomes:

  • Common language and understanding across the entire organization
  • Backlog project list created

2: Sprint #1

Timeframe: 26 days
Activities:

  • Facilitate all-day Sprint 1 planning meeting
  • Monitor Sprint 1 daily, provide advice and counsel as needed
  • Attend Sprint 1 Review
  • Attend Sprint 1 Retrospective, analyze and redesign process as needed

Outcome:

  • Plan Sprint 1
  • Support all participants during Sprint 1
  • Sprint 1 Review
  • Sprint 1 Retrospective
  • Refine process for Sprint 2


3: Sprint #2

Timeframe: 26 days
Activities:

  • Facilitate Sprint 2 planning meeting
  • Monitor Sprint 2 provide advice and counsel as needed
  • Meet with Customer for Sprint 2 Review
  • Attend Sprint 2 Retrospective
  • Analyze and redesign process as needed
